Detailed Venue, Health & Safety information
Some events, such as opening, closing, key signing party, lightning talks, will be held in all halls by removing the partitions.
You can charge your electronic devices using power strips inside the desks, and WiFi connection will be provided for staffs, speakers, and attendees who attends workshop session during the event.
There is no on-site parking available at the venue, so please use public transportation if possible.
There are subway stations nearby in Line 1, 3, and 5 to visit the event.
Take off at Jongak station and go to Exit 2. Go straight until you see Seoul Museum of Craft Art, then turn left and go straight again until you see Gwanghwamun. You will find the venue building which has Microsoft logo on the top of the building, on your left side.
Take off at Anguk station and go to Exit 1 or Exit 6. Go straight until you see Gwanghwamun. You will find the venue building which has Microsoft logo on the top of the building, on your left side.
Take off at Gwanghwamun station and go to Exit 2. Go straight until you see National Museum of Korean Contemporary History on your right side. Turn right between an archaeological excavation site and a museum, and you will find the venue building which has Paul Bassett cafe on the first floor of the building, right in front of you.
To provide safe environment for every participants, We require every participants to read and follow our Code of Conducts (See About page for details). Waering nametags are also required to enter conference area, participate workshop that required seperate registration as well as social activities such as conference dinner and group tour. For people without nametags, We may ask to leave or deny entrance.
